Blue Lantern Shellfish is a premium brand targeted at high-end restaurants and merroir connoisseurs. Competition in the area is largely consumer-grade frozen shellfish, and Blue Lantern aim to distinguish themselves with fresh, raw, premium-grade seafood supplied to discerning chefs on the east coast.
process
During a half-day branding session led by the client, we identified very clear parameters for the brand. This was to be a luxury product based in authenticity: visually, this meant clean and elegant but earthy. I developed three brand styles in that vein, each with a slightly different tone.
